This admin tool is not compatible with your current db (your account and my db are not separate). The following admin tool is compatible: [Release]EoAdminPanel2 Choose my or my2 (depending on your db) on the login screen and you will be good to go.

You really gotta learn on query man, it's easy actually, Go to navicat, ope. your db (my2) , find query, make new query, just key in UPDATE; vip_lvl(or wat was it =.=) ;'7' ,

The easy way is just enter in 7 not vip7 since that navicat reads numbers and not words..
