So first things you'll need:
Be sure to download each part in order, and extract each patch for the "Data Converter" in the order you download them, this is VERY important.
Ok now you have the applications you need.
Goto your directory that has the Data Converter in it. In here you need to locate the file named "LevexpConfig.ini" see image below:
Open the file and be sure the values highlighted in the below image are correct for your database.
Once that's done, click and drag the LevexpConfig.ini onto the ConvertData.exe like in the image below
Due to the speed of conversion, and size of my levexp table it runs so fast that it doesn't have time to accurately calculate the speed it's writing at, your's may be different, but see the image below to see what it looks like during conversion:
Once the conversion is complete you will see the following window
Hit any key to close the window. Although displayed in the previous window you can locate where the converted file is by opening the config again, note the highlighted text in the image
This highlighted text tells us that the new file will be in the output folder of where the convertdata.exe is (not where the levexpConfig.ini is as this can be anywhere, current_directory refers to where the .exe file is)
Locate the file like below
Copy the file by right-click -> copy or Ctrl+C
Now locate the File Encryptor application you downloaded, and locate the LevexpConfig.ini in the folder like so:
Open the config and note the highlighted value below, this is where you must have the file to encrypt,
you can change it so that it matches where you output your converted file or just copy to the location it says, I decided to just copy it to the location it says like so:
So now you have your converted levelexp.dat file in the correct location, click and drag the LevexpConfig.ini onto the FileEncryptorC.exe like so:
Again this process can be fast and can be slow, it depends on the size of the file and the encryption process, for now it may be slow as this is just a first build. You will see a window like so:
Once the process is finished you will see the following:
Just hit any key and it will close the application.
From here you now need to find out where the file is going to, so open the LevexpConfig.ini in the file encryptor folder again. Note the highlighted text is where the file exports to when encrypted
You can change this to be the same as your client's ini folder to just replace your client's existing levelexp.dat but you have to make sure nothing is accessing the file when encrypting or it will fail. So just locate the file like I have here:
Copy it and paste it into your client or patch and you're done!
Enjoy guys
