[Release] Voting script

The only scrip i found of voting is a simple release by thunder i belive.
So here is a script that will allow users to vote Only Once every 12 hours with a PP reward so they don't make multible character or etc etc.

i preffer in a txt file , but a EXEL file ??
it is already hard to open EXEL files if you do not even have ms office
lucky there exist something as google docs

just wanna know . do they really update 12 hours for each vote from one ip ? I mean topofgames . so each ip can only vote once every 12 hours ?

No, there are ways to get more votes through that site, which then would make this script not function as its wanted.

True there are more ways. But in a way this is 'cheating' for those who don't know how to do this it only look fair to give players there rewards every 12 hours. So if they do vote the normal way they stil get a reward instead of nothing.
