Currently the only way is to DM one of the admins on their discord. I think to make sure everybody only ever had one account because free goodies got abused to much.
I think it's the best to DM "hong" who has Patrick(a stupid looking starfish) as profile picture.

Sadly sometimes he responds pretty slow. Probably because of IRL stuff and other players, just so you know (:
