I don't know how to make an account for a Korean Elsword account so I made a Hong Kong Elsword account. The problem is Vista/Windows 7 users get an error. I was wondering if anyone can help me fix this or help me use a Hong Kong proxy. I've been trying to find an open proxy with Proxifier, but no use.
Any help is appreciated!
