WPE VMware workstation HELP

Hi. I have very big problem. I install vmworkstation and pops error :
Running proces detected
Setup can not configure network settings on this machine. Please close any
network configuration applications, such as any network card configuration applet, before continuing.

I did :
-restart computer
-off firewall
-unplugging the internet

PLS help
