I looked through the elsword section for a bit and I didnt see any obvious section in the rules that said I couldnt ask a question like this so i'll take my chances and see what happens:
Are there any known people who make voice mods and do they still make them? I'm also wondering if they're willing to take personal request if the files needed are provided to them and what they would want in exchange for doing so?
If I did something wrong or if this is still somehow in the wrong section then I have no problem with the thread being moved or deleted.
