ASAP help's needed ! crucial problems !

okay , i can't play elsword on pc for 2 months already
but i can play it on netbook (i use same internet connection for both of them)
playing on netbook wasn't quite fun since it's laggy . and i never able to solo either (dunno why but my character always warpy whenever i move it)
whenever i try to login from pc (dun care whether it's maintenance time or normal day) i always got same notice , like "login fail . unable to connect to the server"
i try to consult with technician i know , and he said "maybe your hardware ID were blocked by them . there's nothing you can do except change your hardware memory"
were my problems really lies in the hardware ID ?
if so , how could i fix this without changing hardware memory ?
please help me

If login fail, more likely x2.exe connection are blocked by "something"

Try to fix that first

by something , what is it ?
if it's about firewall , i already turned it off
antivirus , nah it couldn't be
other games run perfectly fine
besides , this wasn't your usual fail at login . even when maintenance (i try login when maintenance still going) i got the same notice . even when i input the most alienate ID and password

I don't knot that "something", It's your PC after all
You couldn't login when maintenance still ongoing, just go outside house, take a walk, or something.
Or try to reinstall Elsword, but uninstall first, then try update it. Hope it works
