Is bypass using fiddler in Elsword ID still working?

What about blocking him...yeah i mean block the website "http://update.netmarble.co.id/Elsword/Patch2/checkkom.xml" using fiddler or something..??.so there's no any check data kom files from gameguard.

I think checkkom false data transfer with a kind of tunneling with another web that people can't bypassing with fiddler *just my opini
