I don't know it. I didn't code it myself. Just try 64 Bit OS and maybe it will work.

You could install 64 bit yourself. But you need a processor that can handle 64 bit. If you don't know if it can, don't do it.
But othwerwise: Yes, try to find someone with Win 7 64 bit. Would be best.
