You don't need Fascinated by Twilight. Works with any title that has multiples. Lava Cave Explorer for example. w/e.
1. Set your title to Fascinated by Twilight I or something like that.
2. Scan Unknown Initial Value
3. Change your title to Fascinated by Twilight II
4. Scan increased value by 176
5. Change title back
6. Scan decreased value by 176
