<~ according to the official game site of the game, Elsword, when downloading the client via pando, is it possible that it can be downloaded by changing your ip address or another way of it, is by downloading it by torrent??, then when playing the game, does it still restrict the ips excluding the mentioned countries, which are NA, Canada and Oceania, do we still need to rechange our ip address when playing the game, 'cause if we do, then that sucks, because if we change the our ip then therefore receiving massive lags and can anyone quote any ip changer programs, i know one but i forgot its name..~>
