elsword crash, help !

hi, I had a new computer and even though all other games with much higher requirements ran well on it, Elsword alone, crashes after a new minutes.
It froze the whole computer and I have to restart my comp
anybody knows what's the problem?

this is the driver im using : msi radeon 6950 twin frozr 3
comp specs:
cpu core i5 2500k
psu seasonic 620W
mainboard asus p8p67 pro b3 rev 3.1
8gb ram g skill sniper

hallo, ich hatte einen neuen Computer, und obwohl alle anderen Spiele mit wesentlich höheren Anforderungen lief gut drauf, Elsword allein, stürzt ab, nachdem ein neues Minuten.
Es fror den ganzen Computer und ich meine comp neu starten
jemand weiß, was ist das Problem?

your system specs are good
have you tried reinstalling?
running as admin/making it compatible to windows xp service pack 3

I've tried reinstalling a few times
both the game and the window
it could be that there's conflict with the graphic or sound card ><
but i seriously am out of option, i've tried everything i could think of
