Log-in to Elsword

Hi guys . I have a problem with my Elsword NA Client
I live in PH , i have an account in Elsword NA but when i try to log-in it says '' NO RESPONSE FROM THE SERVER '' and '' THIS GAME IS RESTRICTED TO blah blah blah '' I tried Hotspot Shield and proXPN but nothing happens hope you can answer ... thanks .

ever heard of region block sir...
its currently region blocked on ph and other countries im from ph too but i can play using sir muradashi's bypass...link is below:

just follow the rules upto step 8 and on step 9 add x2.exe and elsword.exe in the rules..
