you need an elementalist for this.
in the crystal desert, farm, or even buy minotaur horns(max 60g per if you choose to buy).
map outside of augury rock, to find the collector for the minotaur horns, you should get elementalists handwraps.
exp salvage them, 90% of the time, you will get 4-5 linen, which can be sold for 120g currently. that is total of 600g for 5 minotaur horns.
