Only members having an elite*gold Trader or Premium badge are allowed to sell elite*gold versus real money. The term "real money" in this context refers to any transfer of actual currency, be it via PSC, Paypal, bank transfer or cryptocurrencies(bitcoin) etc. It does not apply to gift cards or virtual currencies that are bound to some service.
