Prices are negotiated depending on difficulty and time.
I have full education with .net and many other languages, API is also possible.

Base price, 1 hour / simple applications - 5 usd
+ 5 every 2 hours.

3 hours = 10 usd

(Clarification that is hours of actual work, a static price is also possible)

Hacks, bots etc all possible with security.
Cryptography and secure connections to your servers can be added.
