Hello, that's unfortunate to hear.
The web installer may take a while to install due to the huge size it has to load from the CDN.
If the install takes incredibly long (like 2h), you may want to login to EOS Pandora support and write support ticket about it. Note the details you are experiencing and help is on the way!

Thanks .. I left it all night and finally it did complete
maybe u wanna change " few minuets : to hours
