So here is my current experience as a new customer to this product, I spend $30 for 15 days not a bad price, I move on to following the setup guide simple and detailed got it done.

By the time I have rebooted my PC I have been banned from the loader XD so far really poor experience

Cause their excuse for the menu not working on my last day was that my Windows build was the issue, but I'm not so sure about that. If anyone can let me know that'd be cool.

Hello! Sorry for the starter bad experience, our loader has some protection in place, and sometimes apply a suspension on false positive, we are working to improve it. I've already replied at your ticket, and lifted the suspension. Thanks for note!

Also they ask to disable a lots of things (that its kind of normal) but a lot more then the previews cheats i have buyed on another providers

Alright, some helpful instructions for people that end up buying the cheat that get confused on how to get it working.

• - Currently there's a 404 page after you complete your purchase, go to the Orders tab if you made an account on their site and you can find the beginning of their instructions on what to do after purchasing.
• - They'll redirect you to their discord (with an expired link, use the link provided on the OP here instead) where you need to create a separate account for their launcher, which is kind of convoluted but whatever.
• - Then you need to open a ticket on their discord and type anything into the ticket to get the bot to show instructions for how to set up the launcher. Note that the commands can only be used with their DM bot and won't work inside their server/the ticket itself.
• - Make your account and link your order to it by giving the bot your order number. Then type the command /loader to have the bot send you an instanced copy of their loader.

The loader contains an injector, a spoofer program and the hack program itself for their supported games.
They also have pages for guides and troubleshooting inside the launcher, but they don't appear to be populated. I highly recommend to the devs to populate the pages with instructions for new users on how to safely launcher the spoofer and hack tool. I currently don't know when the appropriate time to inject the spoofer/cheat is.

I'm assuming they utilize some sort of driver injection (probably interception driver or something similar for their aimbot because they also support Marvel Rivals as a game) because trying to inject did two things -->

1. one, caused my computer to restart and update, which is concerning (I regret not trying this in safe mode). I'm assuming it was to install their modified driver.
2. After my computer rebooted, I tried to inject the spoofer again and was blocked by Windows Defender with a message stating that a driver was not loaded due to security concerns with injecting into core processes.

In order to inject the spoofer you'll have to disable windows memory integrity in Windows Security, which is once again concerning, but also understandable because they're trying to get around kernel level anticheat, which also taps into some of those core processes.

After you've gotten everything set up, just run the launcher, select Dune, click inject, then launch the game and you should be good to go.

Update 1: Still a bit concerned about this provider. Their discord appears to have 3000+ users which gives them some legitimacy, but the broken parts of their website are concerning (lack of quality assurance through the purchasing and activation process). I sent a ticket on their discord letting them know about the issues I found. We'll see how long it takes for them to respond.

Update 2: I also took a look around their profile, and it seems like there's mixed reviews on the safety/effectiveness of their various hacks (saw multiple posts reporting bans from kernel level anticheats in other games - although I've heard that BattleEye is one of the worse kernel ACs). Also saw posts complaining about hacks bugging out their games and causing computer crashes). On a more positive note, their team does seem to stay active on EPVPers, with lots of posts from Harnold (one of their devs) - as well as regular updates for their various games from their promotional account.

Update 3: Support staff got in touch with me about 2 hours after I sent in a ticket via discord. They would sporadically leave me hanging, but after about an hour I was able to get instructions on how to set up the cheat tool. With their reassurance, I disabled my AV software and was able to successfully launch the cheat. Thank you PlaySharp and Harnold! I've been playing for an hour so far with the cheats active, and no ban yet. We'll see what happens later.

Update 4: Played yesterday for around 6-7 hours with cheats active and no ban. If they do ban waves, one hasn't happened yet. Booted it up again today and noticed that none of my settings were saved, which should absolutely be a feature for this because there are so many options for ESP.

Update 5: After seeing how boring and excruciatingly time-wasting the PVP endgame grind is, I don't have much motivation to play the game anymore until new content is released, so I'll probably stop for now. Great to see the devs working hard to update the hacks. Unfortunately still not super impressed with their customer support - I sent a ticket asking about how to clean up the hacks/drivers once I'm done with the cheats and didn't get a response. I'll try opening a new ticket to see if that changes.

Some things to note about the various cheats/
- ESP works great, but only shows you up to the max view distance for most objects (due to the game itself not spawning them in). It'll give you a bit of a heads up, but if you're not careful you can still get ambushed in PVP zones.
- Vehicle speed hack (which is what I purchased the cheat for) works...sort of. Sometimes it can bug out and not work, and will take some fiddling jumping in and out of your vehicles and activating/reactivating the cheat to work on the vehicle you want it to.
- Ghost mode doesn't actually move your player from the position where you activate the hack. Disabling Ghost mode will cause your character to snap back to their original position. Also after certain distances, NPCs and interactables won't work properly because the game still thinks you're back in your original position. Mostly the hack seems good for scouting out POIs before going into them. There's a couple endgame dungeons where you can use it to steal stuff from shielded rooms without getting the key.
- Range Master and Melee DMG hack don't appear to work on players, only NPCs.

In the injection process, you have may have to disable AV and similiar windows security features. But honestly that depends on the service which you bought, we have multiples types of injection, one maybe it’s okay keeping av/secure boot enabled, others not. On the discord we sent a pre defined message showing the step on how to disable them, but if you are not having issue on injection you can keep them enabled, or just go disabling one by one, until it injects successfully! Or better, create a ticket and we can guide you better!

1. Thanks for the feedback. Regarding the website error, we appreciate you pointing it out. We’ve been using the same website structure since 2017 with regular updates, but occasionally some pages might end up with a 404, especially if the content was removed or moved. We were also pushing some updates earlier today, so it’s possible the error happened right around that time. To be fair, the website is due for a full redesign, which we’re planning to tackle later this year when things are less busy.
