Instead of adequate technical assistance, I received standard phrases so that we would go where we paid. Then why do they have technical support in the group? Call them "Useless Technical Support." It turned out that there were problems with the server, so the program was closed. In addition, I contacted their developer. Who also told me to open a ticket. It turns out to be a vicious circle of untenable technical support who are unable to help solve problems with their cheat.
As a result, I was also accused of not being friendly. Although I only asked for help running their program.
In addition, their "Technical Support" did not come up with anything better than to kick me out of their discord channel.
Therefore, think 10 times about whether it is worth contacting such a seller who will not be interested in helping you. They are interested in getting money from you.
