Great product, had an issue with the loader but the support resolved it in less than 30 minutes.

Brought it yesterday, was getting crashes every few hours. However, today been using it and get crashed within 5 mins of playing. Played 4 hours straight with no crashes not using it so has to be the chair.
So unable to use the chair now.

Also, unable to open a ticket on discord as it says I already have a ticket open and there isn’t one showing lol.

It is clearly not just me who is having crashes and can't use it.

I still can’t use , before 0.1.0 all was fine now I’m still getting crashes at shader catch screen , and this isn’t my first rodeo all of my UAC defender is all off load **** in admin Yup nothing new, still crashing, I open a ticket and it give me a list of stuff that’s I already have off, and remember it was originally working now it’s not

but overall my honest review when it was working is a 8/10
everything was working great all features besides speed hack
but i need this working a day and a half now of crashes

for some odd reason i originally had the game in windowed Borderless like always, but somehow went to Fullscreen
but now it works thanks to support,
so if your game is crashing put it in bordeless or windowed bordeless

We didn't deleted anything. If you are having any issue, please, open a ticket on our support, so we can assist you. Currently its working, as we mention, we are not bullet proof, so if you find a bug, let us know so we can replicate it and fix.

Glady it worked, thanks for letting us know that setting the game bordeless mode fixed for you. We will fix it on the up comming patch
