Blizzard doesn't work with vac?

So I just got BLizzard on my Battle mage and tried it while the mosnters were vac'd but it doesn't hit them. Does it just notr work on vac'd monsters or do I have to set something up? Using DSEEG Lite for THQ by the way.

how did you manage to use DSEEG LIte for THQ server to begin with is what I want to know

Well, I dunno if there was an update today or not but if there was, I didn't get it for some reason. I go to regedit and delete the DSEEG and Dragonica Script Engine folders if the DSEEG doesn't work. I open the game from the Dragonica exe in the Release folder. I press "Go" on the DSEEG when I see the hackshield start then it may or may not work, if not I delete those 2 folders again until it lets me log on with the hacks.

blizzard works if cast on mobs or if mobs walk into its range but in order to use it on vac'ed mobs you need to cast blizzard then walk closer to it so the mobs are in its aoe. works for me
