When I press "start" it freezes

Hello I just downloaded DSEEG bot. But everything works fine untill Im on the last step to start the bot. then it just stops answering and freezes? using vista 32bit

U use dsee like administrator? Dlded latest vers? Choosing your dragonica vers (THX ICE IAH EU ...), Dlded latest patch?
