1.) you should be what you want every classes has there pro and contra.

2.) the Magma Lord weapon is more powerfull.

If you are going playing in a server have chain combo i will say Deva if no chain combo stay at Bandit
If you like PVP alot go for element wep if just PVE magma lord will do
So ask your self what you want ? a PVE or PVP ?
