I don't want to argue though it's pointless. However, it is dangerous as this allows certain applications rights that they really just shouldn't have.

for me it's isnt a big problem ^^ I'll going to get a new computer xD...

but well.. I never had to start anything as an admin...
after I disabled UAC


and DSEE I didn't had to start as an admin

Yeah, DSEE doesn't need to be started as an Admin, but I find that with some hacks it's a necessary step. I've had this problem with some UCEs back when I used to use Vista x86 and Zone Alarm Pro.

each time i try to open the hack table it closes the DSEE can anyone help???

Try changing the patch blah blah blah to Patcher.exe.
