Yes , the admin is testing the server if everything is fine etc.
If everything is fine the server is on in few minutes.

oke, ill wait then, also is there an official website for the server?
else it would be nice to have one.
and isnt it possible to create an own client wich will update the client files?
i might be able to make such a client in java

These stuffs come time by time.
The admin is focused on fixing the files instead caring for a website which i fully understand.
But tho there is already a Website which isnt started yet,when the admin feels like its time then he or his staff members will take care of that.
And about a self client i dont know sorry.
