Even thought I don't like'em all , there's only 2 viable private servers that still struggles to survive.
Epic Dragonica international.

Dragonica Legends french private server.

Dragonica Legend is easily the best server atm. Really high population

Dgn legend got bad community but that's just my opinion althought the admin is there is cool and he's good friend of mine. Either way the old dgn legend was good 'cause simply the old GMs there were cool and they gave a lot of good stuffs in events , etc

Agree with you, it's like playing with league of legend's community, it's sucks.

Why i cant log in DGN Legend?

I don't belive that any of those server listed above my post will last.
All Privat Server seem to struggle as Hamza already said.
It would be a shame to spend money to a server and afterwards it get closed.

I would just say to play the Official Server. Dragonica SEA or Dragon Saga..
There are some EXP events each weekend so the levling should be okay and you can be sure it won't close that fast.
