There are plenty of resources readily available online to do this. Just look around the forums, both the client and server for 2.0.14 can be found here, and there are setup tutorials as well.

Actually, I found some 2.0.14 files but all of them are Chinese and they won't work. Therefore, I would like you to give me a link if you can Thank you very much.
