Dragonica private server problem

Hi guys, i have a big problem when i try to launch my dragonica server

When i start 3.bat there is this error:
i translate : "Windows cant' find 'servercontrol_release.exe' make sure you have enter the corect name and try again"

Please help me :-(

PS: i did install windows c++ blablabla ... i guess

or ju'st launch servercontrol_release.exe not bat
