Exclamation [How to Remove Damage Cap]

As the Title says, i wanted to know where in the Database i can find Damage Cap, i want to edit it.

If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appericated.
Im using 0.15.12 Files, and please dont tell me its not possible because that would make no sense at all.
