Hmm it appears I can't post the url for the download here.. if you google for hack and dispenser you can find it, but I guess it's banned here.

This is the best hack i've used so far, only downside is there's no multiclient

Why Mark? it's an established forum with nearly 7000 members. I used their first hack last year and it was awesome, that was for Dragonica EU but they stopped making it

Dragon Saga is powering by Gravity for North Americans... If u from different continent with different IP address i dont think u can create a account to play... Dragon Saga is originally named Dragonica. Well that what I know I dont know if what i said is true remove if its wrong

u can play from any ip tho it's just registration. try hidemyass or another web proxy man

i dont think dragon saga is in CBT..
With go to warpportal.com > Sign Up> Account Management> Create a game Account then that should do it I hope

Yeah you can play from anywhere just use a proxy to register
