DC Food Hack?

Does anyone know a working food hack? Like 500K / submit?

I used one two days ago, but I can't remember what site it was (and I don't have history).
The site is (royal) blue and allow user to hack every ressource of DC step by step (with a next button). If anyone knows this site please tell me ><
