some help please

having issues creating REALM for redvex// kukbot 113 download from here
steps 16-18 don't seem to work .. when i fire up d2 and select drop down for realm to play in i do not have the newly created realm and can not get the bot to run as it can not select the correct place to run.. listed are the steps i have followed.
12. Run RedVex.exe (Run it as administrator)
13. Press CTRL+O , Choose your logon server, and ports if needed (advanced users only). Then press OK.
14. Press CTRL+R , Realms window should appear, set the following:
Name = REALM
Address = localhost
Offset = 0

Press Add, then press OK
15. Press CTRL+S
16. Go to RealmLock folder and run the realm lock file and lock the realms with it. You can use it to unlock the realm settings so you and D2 can edit it again.
17. Run D2, and make sure that you select the newly created realm (REALM). Login using that realm, and exit D2.
18. Run _[Kuk-Bot starter]_.exe to run the bot. Leave the computer and watch it go.

I have retried these steps many times to insure that I followed them with accuracy.
any help would be greatly appreciated

I think you get more/faster help if you post that in the Thread where you have download the bot :P
