It uses like xSend no dll, it just reads the IDs and playernames from Diablo with ReadProcessMemory, and sends them like xSend.

Look in the Config, for more details
The standart hotkeys are
E - for Rightspell attack
Q - for Leftspell attack
Insert - Chaning target
Home - to show currently Target

when the Spellmessages go on your nerves, just toggle ShowSpellMSG in the config off.
