Angrenost Realm is a dedicated Diablo II PvP Server, meaning it is used for both 1v1 and team duels. It operates on specially modified patches 1.09 and 1.11. The 1.09 rules are the heritage of PPC (Pol PvP Center), which then had its origins in D2CL (Diablo 2 Clan League). The 1.11 rules come from PCL (Polish Clan League), but have been slightly altered and ePvP (Euro-PvP).
Angrenost Realm's existence started in 2002 and was the response to the first mass dupe wave on CBN. Although it was at first a PvM server in November 2003 it became a dedicated PvP server. Its creators are experienced people that for years have been active on the Polish Diablo2 scene.
What Angrenost Realm offers is:
1)Fast and convenient characters' levelling to 99. It operates through a special mechanism available on our website. This kind of exping method is unique for us.
2)Mule accounts with the best available items that can appear in Diablo 2 (according to the patch). These accounts are refreshed through a script so you will never run out of them.
3)GS status and login list - You can see what games are currently played, which servers are on-line and who's logged onto the realm, all this available on the website.
4)The \"Kill-session script\" - if your account freezes on the realm you can easily unfreeze it through the Angrenost Realm website. After you log onto it on the right-hand side you will need to find your account and click on the 'X' beside it. This option is also available to everyone considering mule accounts.
5)The PvP patch - made especially for us introduces the following changes: no monsters, wells, shrines on the battlefield; the only available items at the merchant shops are arrows and bolts; no item drops; no rain; curse cast delay set to 1 sec (prevents the necromancers from lagging other players through curse spam).
6)English version of the website - this includes the rules section as well.
7)Tournaments once a week - this applies to both 1.09 and 1.11 patches usually during weekends. In normal week days you will probably find casual, public TvT / PvP games.
8)Competitive game play with the best Polish players - Angrenost Realm is where the elite meets, this fact is known for a long time now. Here your items don't matter, what matters is your character build and your skills. Think you're better? Bring it on!
