you just need to contact the place where you bought it. if you write directly to the developer, you are likely to be ignored due to the flood of requests. I bought it from the seller and you write to him about your problems. But it's your business

BTG is a too cent software and they don’t even update in a timely manner, and from what I recall, if they know esp isn’t working or the software isn’t passing encryption, they’ll just tell people “wait for the update “ or some other bullshit without pausing or adding time onto keys lol
