Bought through their website and paid with CC being under the impression they had instant delivery. The transaction got flagged for some reason and I had to wait for support which does not seem to be very active. During this time the product ran out of stock so I had to wait some more, no biggie, but they added $1 too little to my account credit so I couldn't purchase the product after it being restocked.
Now I'm stuck waiting for support again, he responds asking for some info, then disappears for hours, very frustrating.
I'll update my review to a positive one once the order is finalized and I'm able to try the product.
EDIT: Finally got the key and I can say that this is some seriously impressive stuff. Tons of features and lots of customization you can do. The UI is absolutely amazing, best I've seen without a doubt.
Only thing I can complain about is that container item value doesn't seem to be working, but that's probably due to some change in the games networking. Not a big deal for me.
Overall I'm very happy so far!
EDIT AGAIN: I also want to add that the support was way more responsive when I opened a ticket regarding the radar feature which by the way is awesome.
