One of the reasons why they do not allow AFK leveling is because that is an unfair way to level (besides boting). every other class has to manually level themselves unless they use a bot or get plevel and every game hopes to stay bot free (hard tho'). The way GMs see it, if the game is bot free then everyone should have the same leveling advantages, AFK leveling is almost the same as boting, the user is not manually controlling the character like every other class has to in order to level, unless of course, they're boting. I hope you get my point.
