can you still buy dil from okaygoods on dekaron without having a ban because of an abnormal trade?

Buying/selling items and dil for real money has always been and still is against Dekaron rules. But chances of getting caught and being banned are quite low.

Oh, cuz i read on the gamehi forums that some dude got ban from trading stolen items because he did an abnormal trade.
