I used something like that... :

First Skill Bar I
1= Emited Flash,
2= Cruely Lighthing
3= Gracious Eddy
4= Aqua Circle
5= Energy Hammer or Spoiled Divinity
6= Thunder Spear
7= Ice Blanket
8= Infernal Pillar
9= Urzer Gain

2`nd Skill bar II
1= Gravity Ruin
2= Elemental Master
3= Ice Storm
4= Fire Blaze
5= Ice Spike
6= Blast Phoenix
7= Glawar
8= Magic Power
9= Seize Nimibis
