Question

I'm having trouble logging in and sence this forum seems to be more active than acclaims then i thought id ask here lol.

When i log on, i will get to the char screen but nothing will be showing except Connect,Log Out, Delete and New. Not my chars or the channels nothing. i wait for a few secs and my computer will restart.. Anyone know why?

lulz well, what were u doing before this happened? u might even be runing the wrong dekaron/2moons, they look the exact same cept for a small name differnece

Wasnt doin anything before. I havent played in awhile so i re downloaded and ran it let it update and that happend

same thing happened to me when i started playing again. I started my account on 2moons client, then tried to log in using dekaron client. try logging in on which ever client u started with.

I think if u got 2moons acc you need acclaim Client...

im using the client i Dled from the Acclaim website though, do they have the gamehi download up?

lol, just go directly to 2moons.acclaim.com n download? oh remembor to uninstall 2moon from ur computer completely, including going into program files n delteing 2MOONS, GameHi, Acclaim, etc folders dat you see.
n btw, this is hacker community? we tlk bout hacks here not rly bout tech difficulties :P. if you got LEGIT tech difficulties u shud stay on their forum even tho their 'unactive'

If you have been inactive thats the issue acclaim started deleting characters. Your going to have to put send them a question as a ticket and wait for ever for them to reply. fail!



This is what they need to give them

1. Description of the issue.
2. Exact error message you're receiving while logging into the game
3. Exact error message you're receiving while logging into the 2Moons site
4. User id and your character Name
5. Screenshot of the exact error message you are receiving

they take for every to reply so just chillax and make a nother char in while waiting.
