all it does is modify the distance of your attack, so for example if you want to attack a monster (only normal attack), you don't have to run up to the monster and attack. It will just look like you are attacking air and a few meters a way a monster is getting hit.
Might work good with Speed Hack/Speed Hack Bypass/AttackRange all together
