Hacking in higher level maps

hi im just curious, i understand that low levels can once again go to higher level maps, but does that lead to more dc's? or can gm's detect lower levels in high level maps? i doubt if i get a straight answer but its worth a shot.

lower level can't go to higher map because you will get DC with in a few minute or if you attack mob. so it pretty useless to go higher map
