What's wrong with skill hack?

as you all kno, game hi took over server bout 1yr or so ago, they total renovated it to block off hacks. how come when you use a skill hack, u get stuck in the spot? like it hit monsters but u atk once, (fast atk as skill hack atks shud be) n u just stuck, anyone wanna hint or tell me sumthing?

it is still possible ive seen loads of bots using it, but those who have it dont wanna release it into the public.

uhh thats so annoying. n curt i think bots r able to use it cuz of external prog. meaning, someone would have to create a prog like botting prog, target ur char, and enable skill hack. so still with ce it's not possible, at least publicly
