APPCRASH error (Bypass)

Hi everybody..

Well... I got a problem that I used to have this before too using the Neb bypass

Everytime that I mark the "Bypass CRC check" option I got a APPCRASH error.. :/

(If I don't mark it, it opens normally lol)

I'm using Windows 7 64 bits...
I've already tried open it as Admin and Windows XP Compatibility..

I've tried too create a exception to dekaron.exe in the DEP on the My Computer Advanced Settings..


I want to use the CSV files.. (by the way, I wanna know where I can download it... hehe)

But someone told me that CSV files doesn't work if the Bypass CRC check option is unmarked...

So..
