Can't create target process.

When I try starting reXIGN, I get this error. I've selected the Dekaron.exe in the bin folder of the game, I'm sure. So anyone has an idea what is it?

I'm using Windows 7, if it matters.

I thought the ' Run as administrator ' trick was useful only for Vista. Thanks mate.
