k i will tell u how i use speedhack.
u know when u start running and stop after a while u get portet away to ur starting position.
all u have to do while luring is: Don't stop! and just run back to ur starting position and kill there.
its not best but it works faster than walking around with 1x speed.
have fun hacking

edit1: i am using speedhack with .csv editing and all other hacks with CE. it works very good for me.

Yeah, I suggested the same thing earlier, but its indeed a hassle not being able to run to a desired location.
