Fastest way to level up?

I probably forgot all my accounts I made back in the day.
So I plan on starting at level 1.
What would be the fastest way to level up from lvl 1-max?
back when I was hacking 2moons, a bot company had a free Beta for their bot so I used it.
I played 2moons when it just came out lol.
I hear you can vac and mass spawn nowadays.
would that be the fastest?
or is botting still good to use?

Botting is nice to use at the very low levels.
When you get your first aoe, go to vac, it's a lot faster than having the bot, even if you have it online all day.
Then, at lvl 60, do crespo mass spawn.
This, and remember to do the lvl 20 dung to get a 20% talisman.

where's a good place to level at 92? And don't say crespo mass spawn, cuz I can't get the mass spawn right. Tell me the second best option.

I didn't want to start another thread just to ask this, and it is kind of related, so yeah.

Crevice is pretty good xp at 92, and you can start collecting for abyss quest, which is good at 115 =]
