5% attack gems

Could any1 be so kind and tell me where 5% attack gems drop not found any info after searching, thx in advance.

Plenty of monsters randomly drop them, just like you can loot argates from monsters randomly. It's pretty slim chances looting one though. For example, in Crespo, an Eliaden has a .020% chance of dropping one of 25 different attack gems, 5 of which are 5% gems. (In comparison, you have a .039% chance of looting either a copper or silver argate from that monster)
