as far as i know this one does, but its useless

Back when I was playing around with [GM] hack, I managed to get the announcement one to crash me when I used it, haha.

But if you are using the CE GM hack, observermode is the only one that works, and I'm pretty sure it's only visual...other people still see you as normal, so like Waidas said, it's useless =]
